If you love racket sports then you probably already know that the Manor & Ashbury Resorts in Devon are the ultimate racket sport destination. We offer indoor courts in tennis, padel, pickleball, badminton, short tennis, and squash. Meaning you can enjoy your favourite racket sports all year round.

Padel

Padel is a fast-paced, social racket sport that is often described as a mix between tennis and squash. Predominantly played as doubles, padel is suitable for anyone to play and it’s easy to learn the basic skills. We are thrilled to be the first UK hotel offering 4 indoor courts – perfect for year-round play.

Join us during your next stay and enjoy our state-of-the-art courts for yourself. For just £5 per hour 4 players can hire a court and all the equipment.

Pickleball

We absolutely love pickleball at the Manor and Ashbury Resort. During the last year we have added 5 new courts to meet demand. The LTA describe Pickleball as bringing together the best elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. It is a fun and exciting game that is suitable for all ages and levels of ability and our guests couldn’t agree more. We now offer pickleball coaching breaks throughout the year. Perfect for players that are looking to get started or improve the skills they already have. Our two coaches, Stuart, and Ray will teach you everything you need to know to enjoy a pickleball tournament.
