Our Craft Workshops
We offer creative workshops in a wide range of traditional and contemporary arts, all available during your craft holiday. Our team are always looking into the latest trends and adding new workshops and seasonal pop-ups, so you can come back again and again to try new crafts.
Most workshops run once, if not twice during each stay, meaning you can enjoy as many as you choose. All tuition is free of charge, so you simply pay for the materials you use– and you can take your finished pieces home with you at the end of your break.
Friendly Atmosphere
We understand that sometimes trying out new activities can feel a bit intimidating. At our craft centres we always aim to create a warm and friendly environment. We want everyone to feel welcome, whatever your level of experience. We cater for all abilities, from complete beginners up. Each workshop aims to provide an exciting introduction to the craft. Our tutors begin each session with a brief overview and outline any important safety advice to ensure everyone feels confident and fully informed before starting.
We always have plenty of examples on hand to help provide inspiration should you need it, but we actively encourage you to release your creativity and create unique designs. Our experienced tutors will be on hand throughout the session to offer advice and guide you throughout the creative process. By the end of your chosen session, we aim for you to have a finished product that you can take home to admire. A great memory of your crafty getaway.
Experienced crafters looking to try out new activities are most welcome too. Many guests have commented that our workshops provide a great taster to try out something new before investing at home and taking it up as a long-term hobby.
How long are the workshops?
Most of our craft workshops are approximately 90 minutes, although this does vary. Full details on each craft are available by clicking below.
Can children take part in our workshops?
Some crafts have a minimum age restriction; however, most can be enjoyed with adult supervision. More information can be found by clicking on each workshop below. We also have an exciting range of junior crafts that can be enjoyed during school holidays.
Do you provide safety equipment?
Some crafts, such as enamelling and candle making, require you to wear fully enclosed shoes (no flip-flops or sandals). Please read the information sheets thoroughly when signing-up for each workshop. All other equipment such as protective eyewear / aprons / gloves will be provided where necessary.
