We strongly advise all guests, requiring special assistance, to call and discuss your requirements with our experienced team prior to making a booking. We are happy to advise on the suitability of our accommodation and facilities in order to avoid any misunderstandings or disappointment.

The Manor and Ashbury Resorts take great care to provide our guests a safe and comfortable environment. However, we cannot provide personal care. We advise those who need this facility to contact their local social services and/or support agencies to help arrange an approved carer in our locality prior to booking.
We currently have 8 wet rooms at the Manor and 4 at Ashbury. All these rooms are suitable for wheelchair users and have a full shower room with no steps, a seat and grab rail in the shower, and bars and rails for the toilet.
We also have several walk-in showers with grab rails. Whilst not suitable for wheelchair users, due to a step into the shower, they are ideal for guests with limited mobility. If you require a seat in the shower, please request this at the time of booking and when completing our Accessibility Form.
Ground Floor Rooms
We are currently in the process of adding grab rails to all our ground floor rooms making them more suitable for guests who just need a little more help and support getting around the bathroom and into the bath/shower.
To assist guests with limited mobility we have 5 wheelchairs and 10 mobility scooters available. Blue badge holders can pre-book these prior to arrival – a charge of £5 will apply, in addition to a £10 deposit. All other guests can hire these, for a small charge, on a first come – first served basis once they arrive at the hotels (£3 per day plus a £10 deposit).
