Swimming Pools
Our family hotels with swimming pools offer gentle, all year exercise. From swimming lengths and pool walking, to splashing about with the family or enjoying an aqua aerobics class – there is something for everyone to enjoy.
All 3 hotel pools are open for 12 hours a day, every day, allowing guests the opportunity to use the pools are much or as little as they choose. Plus, all of our hotel pools are indoor, so you can enjoy them all year round.
Moorland Pool Complex – Manor Resort
if you’re searching for a family hotels with swimming pools, the Moorland Pool is a must. Families will love the choice of indoor water slides and splash pools, and adults can enjoy relaxing in the adjoining spa bath, sauna, and steam room. Manor Hall Pool – Manor Resort
Generally deemed the quieter of the two Manor Resort swimming pools, the Manor Pool is a popular choice for those choosing to enjoy some light exercise and swim lengths. This pool also features an easy access ramp, which gradually inclines into the water – perfect for those that struggle accessing the swimming pools via traditional steps. Swimmers may also enjoy the adjoining midi slide, spa bath and sauna.
Moorview Pool – Ashbury Resort
Spa and swimming go hand-in-hand, and this indoor pool is ideally located next door to the Ashbury Hydro Spa, so you can easily combine a relaxing trip to the spa with a leisurely swim. It also features its own sauna, spa baths and steam room, so there is ample opportunity to sit back and relax after a busy day of activities and golf.
Do we need to book a time to use the pools?
No, the pools are open daily from 7am – 7pm and can be used as often as you like and for as long as you choose – there are no hidden charges.
Can we use the water slides?
Our family hotels with swimming pools, all feature slides too. Our midi and mini slides can be accessed at any time, during pool opening hours. The Moorland Pool flume slides are only available during scheduled 1hour sessions (see Activity Programme for times).
Are there lifeguards on duty?
No, none of our hotel pools have lifeguards. We ask that you do not swim alone and that children are ALWAYS supervised.
Do we need to bring towels?
Swimming towels can be hired from reception for a small deposit and cleaning charge.
Please do not use room towels.
