Groups of 12 adults of more are entitled to a group discount

Children’s Rates

Family Rooms Children sharing with two or more adults, in a family room will pay the following percentages of the adult rate:

  • Under 2 Years (in Cot) Free of charge
  • 2 – 16 years 50%
  • 17 years and over will pay full adult rate

Room Requests

One request may be made, subject to availability at no extra cost.

For example, you may request your room to be ground floor or first floor. Alternatively you may request one of the following areas:

At the Manor:

  • 1-92
  • 184 – 201

Ashbury:

  • Highview
  • Moorview & Westview
  • Farmhouse, Clubhouse & Dormy

Where guests make more than one request eg a room with patio doors / wet room will incur an upsell per request.
